How does MedAid work?
We at MedAid coordinate everything for you from start to finish. We handle the entire process for you! MedAid gets your new prescriptions from your physician or your refills from your previous pharmacy. We fill your prescriptions in our pharmacy. Once ready we call and text you to schedule your free delivery or in-store pick up. Start focusing on your health and never worry about your medications!
How do I send a new prescription?
Ask your doctor to e-prescribe to: MEDAID Pharamcy. All licensed physicians, nurse predictions, physician assistants can send prescriptions to MEDAID. They can also call us at 718-516-0000. We’ll be in touch once it’s ready, so you won’t need to move a muscle.
What’s the process for transferring my refills from my previous pharmacy?

At MedAid we hand deliver your prescription medications within the Tri-state area. Need something over the counter as well? No, problem-Let us know! Deliveries require someone to be present at the time of drop-off. Keep checking our website for updates, we will soon be in your state too.
What's the process to refill my prescriptions?
We at MedAid make sure you never run out of your medications. With our highly advanced refill service you’ll never have to worry about missing a dose. We work closely with your doctor as well as your insurance provider to ensure you’ll always have the medications you need, without overpaying!
How much does it cost to deliver my medications?
No cost! No surprises, guaranteed! Delivery is FREE! Your only responsibility is your co-payment. MedAid accepts all major insurances and your copayment is the same.
What if my medications are not covered and require a prior authorization?
We coordinate directly with your physician and insurance provider to manage prior authorizations efficiently, keeping you informed every step of the way so you’ll always know what to expect.
What if I don't have insurance can I use MedAid?
